If you’re an experienced Registered Branch Manager looking to step into a genuinely influential leadership role, this opportunity offers the scope to shape complex and domiciliary services on a national scale. Package & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Hold Registered Manager accountability for complex and domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
• Drive service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.

About You

• Current Registered Manager experience within complex care, domiciliary care, or community-based services.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children’s services.
• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.
