Job Title: Registered Branch Manager – New Homecare Division, Nottingham

I’m working on behalf of an experienced national care provider, operating care homes and supported living services throughout the UK, who are launching a brand-new homecare division in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious manager to lead the branch from the start, with full support from a dedicated head office team.
The Role:
As Registered Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the new homecare branch, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and operational excellence. You will have the full backing of the Nottingham head office team, including the FD, recruitment team, and existing local authority relationships.
This is not just a branch management role – the provider has long-term plans to open branches in every region, giving you the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role in a national business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the new homecare branch, ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards.
Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled team of homecare staff.
Maintain and develop relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
Implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth branch operations.
Collaborate with head office teams for operational, financial, and recruitment support.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a management role within homecare, care homes, or community services.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and homecare standards.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and local authorities.
Ambitious, motivated, and confident to lead a new branch and grow with a national business.
