
Registered Care Home Manager – Family-Run Residential Care Home
Location: Wigston
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Bonus
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established, family-run medium-sized residential care home in Wigston. As Registered Manager, you’ll ensure the home continues to provide high standards of person-centred care, compliance, and service excellence. You’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding support within a warm, welcoming, and well-resourced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
Oversee individual care plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates
Lead, mentor, and motivate a committed care team
Manage budgets and resources efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Promote the home within the local community and support occupancy growth
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of CQC standards and compliance
A genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
