About the Role:

As an RGN, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met with dignity and respect. You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals and contribute to care planning, medication administration, and assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC Registered Nurse – RGN qualification

• A kind, caring approach with a genuine passion for elderly care

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication and clinical skills

• Previous experience in a care home
