
Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services

Role: Registered Manager – Children’s Services
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + loyalty bonuses
Home Size: 2-bed children’s home
Start Date: ASAP
This is a fantastic opportunity to establish and lead a high-quality 2-bed children’s residential home from the ground up. You will be fully supported by an engaged director team and strong financial backing, enabling you to develop an outstanding service environment for young people.
The role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into a Registered Manager position, with proven knowledge of children’s residential care and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience within the children’s residential sector
Strong understanding of governance and Ofsted regulations
Level 5 Diploma in Children’s Residential Management (or willingness to complete within the first 12 months)
Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Children’s Residential Management
Good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and operational management
