📍 Leicester | Full-Time | £38,000–£40,000 per year

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead our services across the Leicester region. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity where you'll have the platform to shape and grow care services, support staff development, and ensure regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across supported living, domiciliary, and children's care services.

• Lead and motivate our care teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.

• Oversee staffing, service performance, and budgets to support sustainable service delivery.

• Promote and uphold person-centred care practices.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with service users, families, and external partners.

• Drive innovation and improvement across all service areas.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/ working towards)
✔ Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a care setting
✔ In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and best practice standards
✔ Experience across supported living, domiciliary care, and children's services
✔ Proven leadership and team development skills
✔ Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
✔ Full UK driving licence (required)

Schedule:
