Position: Registered Manager Domiciliary Care

Location: Nottingham, UK

Type: Permanent

Salary: £38,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing organization, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to private clients.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care service
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
• Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders
• Creating and implementing care plans and risk assessments
• Managing budgets and resources effectively
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service performance

Requirements:

• Registered Manager
• Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
