Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Oadby, Leicester
Salary: £45,000 – £53,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full time, permanent
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and child-focused Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed children's home in Oadby, Leicester, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a new service and shape it from the very beginning. As the second home for a growing and ambitious provider, there is clear scope for career development and influence across future services.
You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable and hands-on Responsible Individual, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and meaningful outcomes for children.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in managing or deputising in an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential setting
Holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management – Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
Thorough understanding of EBD and trauma-informed approaches
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
Committed to delivering high standards of care and achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes
A proactive and resilient leader who can drive continuous improvement
