• £55,000 salary with potential to earn up to £70,000 based on performance

The Role:
As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and quality of care at the home.

• Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, care delivery, and resident activities
• Act as the CQC Registered Manager, maintaining readiness for inspections and audits
• Foster a home-like environment and build strong relationships with residents and families
• Manage budgets and contribute to strategic planning

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Care Home Manager role will possess the following:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Experience managing a residential care home or similar regulated service
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for person-centred care and holistic wellbeing
