Registered Manager - Care Sector

Location: DE1 2SX

Salary: £40,000.00 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, On Call Rota Basis to be included.

Registered Manager - About the Role:

• Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team and lead a care service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
• As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding care to our clients. 
• You will lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, dignity, and respect.

Registered Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational management of the care service
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
• Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff
• Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
• Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector
• Experience of managing multiple sites preferable but not essential
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
