
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and develop our Learning Disabilities service. This is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the delivery of outstanding care. You will lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team while promoting independence, dignity, and choice for people we support.
Key Responsibilities
Register with and maintain compliance with CQC
Lead and manage the service in line with regulatory and organisational standards
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff teams
Manage budgets, rotas, and resources effectively
Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive inspection outcomes
About You
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Learning Disabilities
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
Proven leadership and people management skills
Commitment to person-centred and inclusive practice
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
