Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:

• Lead your shift to maintain high standards of care and support your team
• Promote best practice and address any poor practice within the team
• Deliver person centred care to all residents
• Report to Home Manager on home operations
   

Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:

• 2 years of care assistant experience within a care home setting
• NVQ Level 3
