About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified professional with proven experience as a registered manager. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with CQC standards, and the wellbeing of both residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification is essential
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing care setting
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and maintaining compliance
