Registered Nurse Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Coventry
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a reputable nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced nurse manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and clinical oversight to nursing and care teams
- Ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding
- Manage staffing, budgets, training, and day-to-day operations
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and resident outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) – Essential
- Proven experience managing a nursing home – Minimum 3 years preferred
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in elderly care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about providing person-centred, high-quality care
