The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Reliability Engineer to join a fast-moving production environment. You’ll focus on reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and driving long-term improvements in asset reliability. If you enjoy getting to the root of technical problems and making a real impact on operational efficiency, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate recurring issues and lead root cause analysis
- Develop and refine preventative maintenance strategies
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment uptime
- Lead small-scale improvement initiatives to enhance performance
- Support planning and coordination of maintenance schedules
- Monitor performance data and provide insight to support decision-making
Key Skills Required:
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
- Experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Skilled in fault-finding and problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with maintenance systems or CMMS tools
- Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
- A continuous improvement mindset and hands-on approach
- Level 3 NVQ or ONC (Essential)
