About the Carer role:
A Residential Care Worker provides support, care, and supervision to individuals in a residential setting, ensuring their well-being, safety, and personal development.

Care Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care, support, and supervision to residents in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks as needed.
• Support residents in their emotional, social, and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on residents’ progress and well-being.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment by following policies and regulations.

Requirements for the Care Assistant

• Must hold a Full UK driving license
• Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualification Desirable qualification however willingness to learn as training will be provided
