- Applying PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) techniques where required
- Supporting and supervising support workers, ensuring high care standards
- Liaising with families, MDTs, case managers, and commissioners
- Maintaining CQC-compliant documentation and safeguarding protocols
We’re Looking For Nurses With Experience In:
- Complex mental health or learning disability support

- Secure units, forensic services, or intensive supported living
- Managing behaviours that challenge in 1:1 up to 4:1 staffing arrangements
- Applying trauma-informed and person-led care approaches
- Working within a multi-agency setting with clear clinical accountability
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
- Minimum 1 year’s post-registration experience
- PMVA or equivalent physical intervention training – essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
What Muve Offers
- Competitive pay rates and flexible shift patterns
- Clinical supervision and mentorship
- Supportive, inclusive team culture
- Clear progression opportunities and ongoing CPD
- Meaningful work that fits around your life
At Muve, we don’t just provide care — we build trust, dignity, and possibility into every relationship.
