Room Leader

Job Description:

The Role:

We're looking for a confident Room Leader to take charge in one of our partner Nurseries busy toddler room. You'll oversee planning and daily activities, lead and motivate your team, and ensure children receive the best care and education possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding childcare.

• Oversee planning and assessment in line with EYFS.

• Support staff development through guidance and feedback.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.

• Experience supervising a room or leading a small team.

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.

• Motivated leader with excellent organisational skills.
