Full time, Monday to Friday
Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

We’re partnering with a long-standing estate agency in Leicestershire who are looking for a Sales Negotiator with solid experience in residential property. If you enjoy guiding buyers and sellers through the process, keeping things moving, and building easy, natural rapport, this could be a lovely next step for you.
 
The role:
You’ll be handling incoming enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings, giving regular updates to buyers and vendors, and supporting the sales process from first conversation right through to completion. You’ll keep on top of negotiations, follow up leads, and make sure everyone involved feels informed and looked after throughout.
 
What we’re looking for:

• Experience within an estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
• Confident dealing with buyers, vendors and solicitors
• Strong attention to detail with an organised, steady approach
• Someone who’s proactive with follow ups and keen to keep sales progressing
• A friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships and keeping clients updated
