Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for a driven Sales Administrator to support the busy Sales Team at our AMS branch in Derby. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary and have access to a range of benefits.

About the Sales Administrator role.

As our Sales Support person you will be working in a busy distribution environment, entering sales orders, progressing purchase orders with suppliers and progressing quotes with customers, as well as performing general office admin tasks.

You’ll need to be confident on the phone as you will be dealing with sales calls and enquiries as well.

You will also get the opportunity to support the wider AMS team on an ad hoc basis covering holiday periods visiting customer sites doing things like restocking the PPE vending machines. This is a great opportunity to get out of the office and gain a wider understanding of the customer base, interacting with sites face to face and learning more about our products.

We are looking for applicants who are driven to learn new skills, looking to develop a new career and are willing to travel and work on site. On-the-job training and job shadowing will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression.
 

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week
