We are currently looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our clients growing sales team. This is a key role supporting the sales function by ensuring the smooth administration of sales activities from initial enquiry through to order processing and after-sales support.
Description of the role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare and issue quotations and process sales orders accurately.
- Track sales enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and international partners.
- Monitor order progress and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records on the sales database and produce basic sales reports.
- Assist with export documentation, sales materials, and customer visits where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and service quality.
About you:
- Experience in sales administration, sales support, or customer service.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional manner.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment
