New Homes Sales Advisor – 3-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills to play a key role in helping buyers through their new home journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting prospective buyers on-site
• Providing product knowledge and guiding customers through the sales process
• Supporting with reservations, paperwork, and aftercare queries
• Ensuring show homes and sales areas are always presented to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales (property or customer-focused industries desirable)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends, with days off during the week
