Sales Consultant

 Leicester (office based) | Monday to Friday | £30,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped commission

We are partnering with a fast-growing business in the energy and utilities sector to expand their Leicester sales team. If you turn conversations into revenue and thrive against targets, this role offers real earning potential. This is a great opportunity for a Sales Consultant or Energy Consultant to use their existing knowledge and experience to add value to a reputable business.

The role

 • Build and manage your own new business pipeline through research, outbound calls, email and social outreach

 • Qualify prospects and book quality meetings

 • Deliver clear value led pitches that explain savings

 • Maintain an accurate CRM with activity, deals and forecasts

 • Work with the team to refine messaging and hit team goals

 • Consistently meet and exceed monthly new business targets

What you will need

 • Proven success in outbound sales or business development

 • Experience in energy and/or utilities

 • Confident phone manner and strong written communication

 • Resilience, urgency and a target focused mindset

 • Excellent organisation and discipline with CRM

 • Collaborative approach with fresh ideas and energy
