Sales Executive – Derby

Location: Derby
Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring excellent client relationships

• Develop a strong sales pipeline and deliver against KPIs and revenue targets

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability

• Prepare and present sales proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, or in a target-driven sales role

• Strong B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of hitting targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by commission and results

• Ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and deliver outstanding sales performance
