Salary: £75,000–£85,000 + benefits

Renowned for its expertise across cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT services, this organisation is continuing its national expansion and is now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth and elevate an already high-performing sales function.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the next phase of the company’s growth. You will take ownership of new business strategy, develop senior client relationships, and lead, inspire, and develop a talented sales team to consistently exceed ambitious targets.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in IT services, MSP, or technology-led sales
• Proven success in exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Strong leadership capability with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel nationally as required
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle, managing complex, high-value opportunities
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding and retaining existing client accounts
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and industry stakeholders
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the Account Management team to deliver exceptional performance
