As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the way in promoting our brand, generating quality leads, and driving venue bookings.

Your Role
As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our business, responsible for creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring Shearsby Bath remains a top-of-mind choice for weddings and special events in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media with warmth and professionalism
• Proactively follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, photographers, and local suppliers
• Host on-site venue viewings and open days, providing a memorable and informative experience

Marketing & Brand Management

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings
• Create engaging content across all platforms to tell our story and showcase real weddings
• Monitor and optimise digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Oversee printed collateral, promotional materials, and partnerships

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Plan and execute social content calendars with a strong focus on visual storytelling
• Capture and edit photos/videos to promote weddings, décor setups, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Collaborate with past couples and vendors to feature real weddings and testimonials
• Engage with our audience daily, responding to DMs and comments in a timely, on-brand tone.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about weddings and events as we are.

• A proven background in sales and/or marketing (hospitality or events sector preferred)
• A confident communicator, both online and face-to-face
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• A creative eye for detail and content creation
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings for viewings or events
