Role Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by leading sales strategy, managing key customer relationships and developing effective marketing initiatives that strengthen company market presence. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners to grow market share and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development
Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy in line with overall business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and regions.
Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term, value-based customer relationships.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and company targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing within agreed margins and policies.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Create and deliver an integrated marketing strategy to support sales growth and brand positioning.
Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade show/exhibition participation.
Work with suppliers and partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Customer & Market Focus
Act as a senior point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Translate customer needs into actionable sales and marketing plans.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer service teams to deliver solutions.
Management & Reporting
Set KPIs for sales and marketing performance and track progress against targets.
Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.
Provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership team.
