Sales & Production Administrator

Job Description:

RECfinancial are recruiting exclusively for a Leicester based manufacturing business, who are keen to recruit a Sales Production Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday 39.5 hours per week, office based.

Main role of Sales Production Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Production Administrator, in a varied and rewarding role,  which would entail the facilitation of quoting and implementation of orders for new and existing customers. Scheduling orders accordingly and working closely with the production team on customer specifications.. 

In addition, the ideal candidate would have an interest in creative design to potentially learn hands-on skills, to assist with product development. This role would be suitable for a driven and ambitious individual, looking to take the next step in their career. 

Responsibilities of the Sales Sales Production Administrator

• Assisting customers with order processing, sales enquiries, delivery updates.
• Provide general customer assistance, via phone and email.
• Updating the production schedule 
• Overseeing to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Understanding the materials available and maintaining suitable stock levels
• Gain the ability to fully understand the customers needs when quoting and advising
• Plus, any other ad-hoc Administrational tasks required.

Skills and experience:

• Self-motivation, attention to detail, with an aptitude for customer service.  
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal correspondence
• Self–disciplined, with good time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, MS Office Suite MS 365
