We are looking to recruit a enthusiastic, driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our clients business. The Role:
You'll be based from the office in Derbyshire, but will take ownership of sales across the East Midlands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be selling from both the company online catalogue and an upcoming industrial/commercial product range. Your daily activities will include:
Duties
- Proactively generating leads and cold calling potential clients
- Promoting a wide range of products to industrial and commercial customers
- Building lasting relationships that turn into repeat business
- Attendig client meetings and exceeding sales targets (with commission incentives!)
- Attending training sessions to stay sharp on product knowledge
About you!
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales — ideally in an industrial/commercial setting (eg., sale of industrial products, eg., tooling, industrial products, etc.
- Experienced with cold calling and prospecting
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle initially with car/car allowance after successful probabtionary period.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain and building on relationships
- A go-getter attitude — self-motivated, goal-focused, and resilient
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Salary;
- Full training on our product range and sales process
- Bonus scheme — earn more based on your personal performance!
- Flexible 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday)
- Circa £33,000 per annum plus commission structure
- 6-month performance review, with the possibility of a company car or car allowance based upon performance
