The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are looking for a Sales and Service Performance Lead, someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. This isn’t a traditional “hands-on management” role – instead, you’ll be the person keeping the engine running, using data, dashboards and planning to make sure the team are working at full capacity.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitoring dashboards and data to spot trends, track performance and feedback to the team.
Planning workloads, rotas and resources so the team can focus on delivering.
Supporting with training schedules and ongoing coaching alongside the manager.
Carrying out quality checks and helping with escalations where needed.
Feeding insights back to leadership to improve performance and service.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a fast-paced, telephone-based or customer service environment.
Someone who’s comfortable with data, reporting and dashboards.
Organised, adaptable and able to keep on top of moving parts.
Coaching or team support experience is ideal.
Salesforce knowledge would be a big advantage.
You’ll play a key role in keeping things running at their best, making sure the team are set up for success every day. It’s a great opportunity to use your skills to influence performance without directly managing people.
