Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Salesperson for a manufacturing business due to continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
Role responsibilities –

• For the role of Salesperson, you will proactively follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales orders.
• Work closely with the estimating team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
• You will cultivate relationships with existing, past, and potential customers for the role of Salesperson.
• Drive business growth by enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
• You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product/service delivery for the role of Salesperson.
• You will address client concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Confidently present offerings as the best-fit solution for customers' needs in quality, pricing, and delivery.

 
Role requirements –

• Proven experience in an industrial sales office or account management role.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or sheet metal is a strong advantage.
• For the Salesperson role, you will have a strong technical knowledge.
• Results-driven with a solid grasp of the full sales process.
• Professional, courteous, and committed to honest communication.
• Embraces innovation and change with a forward-thinking mindset.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for the role of Salesperson.
• Ambition to grow within a fast-paced, expanding company.
