We are seeking professional and resilient Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated staff bank for placements beginning in January 2026.   As a Cover Supervisor within JTMAT, you will play a crucial role in upholding the trust's commitment to delivering exceptional education and improving life chances for all pupils. You will step into a vital position, ensuring that learning remains purposeful and uninterrupted during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
• Proactively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour, reflecting the trust’s positive approach to behaviour management.
• Ensure that students remain engaged and motivated, upholding the high expectations of the John Taylor community.
• Work with confidence and integrity, reporting on student engagement and any incidents to the regular teaching staff.
