TeachMatch Recruitment is currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher to join a supportive team at a well-respected SEN school in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons for students with a range of SEN, ensuring an inclusive and accessible learning environment
* Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to provide the best possible support for each student
* Create a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes emotional, social, and academic development
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students
* Ensure the school's policies on safeguarding and wellbeing are upheld at all times

What We're Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (preferred but not essential)
* Strong understanding of different learning needs and how to adapt teaching approaches accordingly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, flexible, and empathetic approach to teaching
* Passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
