Sen Teacher

Job Description:

Together in learning is now recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a primary school in CV2, Coventry, supporting pupils with special educational needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference to children with additional needs. While the role is full time, part time applicants will also be considered.

About the Role

• Teaching and supporting primary aged students with Autism
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Working closely with SEN staff, Teaching Assistants, and parents

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching students with Autism or SEN (mainstream or SEN setting)
• Patient, flexible, and child centred approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for SEN education
