Whether you’re exploring options post-graduation or qualified as a Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, we’ll help you find the right role - and support you every step of the way!

🌱 Who You Are:

• A graduate in Psychology, Education, Criminology, or Social Sciences

• A Level 3 qualified TA or learning support worker

• A compassionate, calm communicator with a passion for helping children thrive

🌟 You’ll Support Students With:
• Autism (ASC)
• SEMH needs
• Speech and Language delays
• Learning difficulties

This is real, rewarding work that builds experience relevant to therapy, teaching, and pastoral care.

💼 Role Types:
• Long-term placements in primary, secondary or specialist schools
• Daily supply (if you're exploring or need flexibility)
• Temp-to-perm (a great path to find your ideal fit)

💷 Competitive pay: £85.50–£100/day
