What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEN in their learning and development
- Helping implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work, etc.)
- A warm, patient, and resilient personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
