About the RoleWe are looking for
dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (LSAs) to work in a
Primary School in
LE10.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting primary school pupils with
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), both in the classroom and in small-group or one-to-one settings. These roles are ideal for individuals who are patient, empathetic and passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For- Experience supporting children with SEN, whether in schools, childcare or youth settings, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A calm, positive and adaptable approach to learning support.
- Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1or KS2 age groups.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
- SEN training, Team Teach or similar experience is desirable but not essential.
