🛠️ Behaviour Support Assistant – Primary | January 2026 Start

Henley Green, Coventry | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30

APT Education is recruiting for a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to join a primary school in Henley Green, Coventry from January 2026. This role involves supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour, helping them access learning in a structured, emotionally intelligent environment.

You’ll work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent, proactive support—building trust, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils regulate emotions throughout the school day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children with SEMH, Autism or ADHD
• Is confident managing challenging behaviour in a primary setting
• Brings a calm, resilient and professional approach
• Is available full-time from January 2026
