We support mainstream schools, SEN settings, and alternative provisions. Almost all roles are full time and ongoing (often leading to permanent roles), which means no unpredictable weeks and no sudden changes to your routine.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with autism and additional needs across the school day.

• Build steady, reliable relationships through calm communication.

• Provide 1 to 1 or small group support, following guidance from teachers and the SENCO.

• Help pupils manage transitions, routines, and emotional regulation.

• Prepare resources and maintain a structured learning environment.

• Share observations to support each pupil’s long term plan.

• Uphold safeguarding and inclusive practice at all times.

Requirements

• Recent experience supporting students with autism.

• Ideally 6 months of classroom based SEN experience.

• A patient, steady approach and confidence supporting varying needs.

• Ability to commit to full time, long term work from January.

• A Level 3 TA qualification or a Psychology degree is helpful but not essential.

• Understanding of how routine and consistency support learning.
