About the Role

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

• Contract: Full-time

• Start Date: ASAP

• Location: Derby

• Responsibilities:

  • Support students with a variety of additional needs across secondary age ranges

  • Assist in implementing tailored learning programmes

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure student progress

  • Promote inclusion, engagement, and positive behaviour

• Experience working with SEN children, or a keen interest in SEN and inclusion

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
