Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time

Location: Tanworth, West Midlands
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

A welcoming and inclusive primary SEN school in Tanworth is seeking committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with diverse and complex needs and who is dedicated to helping pupils flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

What the Role Involves

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of additional needs

• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and sensory needs

• Assisting in delivering personalised learning plans and EHCP targets

• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and wider support staff

• Helping to create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment
