Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant based in or near Corby? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic SEND Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across Corby during staff absences and periods of increased need.

This rewarding role involves working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and other learning needs. You may be providing 1:1 support, assisting small groups, or supporting the wider classroom to ensure every child can access learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Supply work offers excellent flexibility, making it ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants seeking a better work-life balance, as well as individuals looking to gain experience across a variety of SEND settings. The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND

• Be patient, adaptable, and resilient

• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

• Be available for day-to-day or short-term assignments

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
