SEN Teaching Assistants

Together in Learning are seeking passionate, qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for long-term roles in a range of supportive and welcoming SEN schools across Coventry and Warwickshire, starting January 2026.

Working Hours: Full & part-time available

About the role:
You will be supporting children and young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD and complex needs. These roles involve assisting with personalised learning plans, encouraging independence, using positive behaviour strategies and working closely with teachers and therapists.

We are looking for:

• A minimum of 6 months SEN experience (school, residential or alternative provision)
• A calm, resilient and nurturing approach
• Experience with ASD, SEMH or other complex needs
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Reliable, committed professionals who want to make a long-term impact
