Job Description:
A dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant is needed to provide 1:1 support in a SEND primary school located in the CV6 area. This full-time role involves working closely with a child with complex needs, delivering tailored support to help them thrive within a nurturing and structured educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-to-one support tailored to the specific needs of the pupil

Assist in implementing EHCPs and daily routines

Help manage behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies

Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support

Promote inclusion and participation in classroom and school activities
Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience working with children with SEND and complex needs

A patient, proactive, and compassionate attitude

Available for full-time, long-term commitment

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable
