A highly motivated and dedicated SENDCo is required for a mixed comprehensive secondary school and sixth form in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a full-time, long term contract offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with additional needs within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

The school is proud of its inclusive ethos, strong pastoral care, and excellent staff collaboration, making it an ideal setting for either a recently qualified SENDCo or an experienced practitioner looking to develop their leadership within SEND provision.

The Role
As SENDCo, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school's SEND provision and ensuring that students with additional needs receive the highest quality support. Key responsibilities include:
