Senior Architectural Co-Ordinator

Job Description:

Residential Housebuilding

An experienced Senior Architectural Technician is required to support the delivery of new-build residential developments from early design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, commercially viable housing layouts

• Assist with site feasibility studies and planning submissions

• Manage full and reserved matters planning applications

• Coordinate and manage external consultants

• Oversee multiple live sites at varying build stages

• Prepare drawing packages for tender, construction, and sales

• Support discharge of planning conditions and NHBC requirements

• Liaise with planning authorities, site teams, and internal departments

Candidate Requirements

• Proven residential housebuilding experience

• Strong understanding of planning policy and building regulations

• Competent in managing projects from concept to completion

• Proficient in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workloads
