Salary: Competitive - Negotiable based on experience
Location: Leicester, LE19 1SX
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering division on a permanent basis. This is a warm desk with existing client relationships and multiple live vacancies-ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running.

You'll also play a key leadership role by overseeing a team of consultants. This role is perfect for someone with prior leadership experience or an ambitious consultant ready to take the next step in their recruitment career.

You'll receive full onboarding and continuous development support, with a clear route to higher earning potential.

• Full 360 recruitment: client development, candidate attraction, and vacancy fulfilment

• Manage and grow existing Engineering client accounts

• Lead and support a team of consultants

• Deliver outstanding service to both candidates and clients, in person and over the phone

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, offer handling, and onboarding

• Identify new business opportunities and generate new client leads

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Engineering or Technical sectors

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a consultative approach

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Comfortable leading team meetings and mentoring others

• Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone

• CRM/database knowledge is beneficial (training provided)
