Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to progress your career within a forward-thinking consultancy? We’re working with a well-established building services firm in Nottingham seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and work across a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education developments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the design of electrical building services systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and data/communications

• Managing projects from concept through to completion

• Producing and reviewing detailed calculations, reports, and specifications

• Overseeing design work using AutoCAD and Revit

• Attending client and site meetings, acting as a key point of contact

• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers

• Driving energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

• Proven experience within a building services consultancy environment

• Strong technical design knowledge across electrical systems

• Experience leading or supporting project delivery

• Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD/Revit)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Working towards or already achieved Chartership (desirable)
