To strengthen our Northern Region team, we are recruiting for a permanent Senior Engineer to initially work om schemes around Nottingham/ Derby and Leicestershire.

You will need to provide overall control for the technical aspects of the project, including the monitoring and co-ordination of design change. You will need to have an overall grasp of the works quality, ensuring that works are constructed in line with the project specification and that ITP plans / records are produced and kept up to date in line with the project progress.

Are you the Senior Engineer we are looking for?

We are seeking someone who has strong communication skills who works well in a team environment and has main contractor experience on heavy civils schemes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in progress reports, quality records (ITPs, site diaries, inspection records) as well as design co-ordination and temporary works co-ordination. The successful candidate must also have a CSCS card and a suitable qualification in civil engineering, minimum requirement HND. A First Aid, SMSTS and a Degree in Civil Engineering would also be desirable for this role. 

Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving license is essential and the successful candidate will be happy to travel throughout our Northern Region.
