Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Nottinghamshire

The Opportunity
A growing, independently owned Building Services consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its close-knit and ambitious team. Founded by an experienced industry professional who wanted to build something different from the norm, the business has quickly established a reputation for delivering high-quality, technically driven design across a wide range of sectors.

With a team of around 15-20 staff spanning engineering, BIM, and support functions, this is an opportunity to join a business where your voice is heard, your contribution is visible, and your progression is genuinely supported.

You'll play a key role in the delivery of mechanical design projects from RIBA Stages 2-5, working across a diverse portfolio including:

• Education
• Healthcare
• Residential
• Industrial
• Commercial & specialist sectors

This is a technically focused position, but equally requires someone comfortable in front of clients and capable of contributing to a collaborative, energetic team environment.

• Strong mechanical design background within Building Services
• Experience delivering projects through design stages (2-5)
• Confident communicator with client-facing capability
